there's two meaning of this error

First:
You're in a place that you error. how to solve this is go to Control panel and login go to My Accoutn click the character and press Reset Position

Second:
Your kRO is not up to date or you did not patch everything to fix this is download the a new kRO or download the full client http://abstractonline.sytes.net/download.html or http://abstractonline.sytes.net/download/AbstractRO_Full_Client.exe ..
