New to server

Hey I have a question, I keep trying to go on abstractRO (never played this server), but whenever I try to open it (from file or patcher) I get sent to the RO setup screen, when i click OK or Cancel it opens up the setup screen again and it stays in this loop and i can never go in the login page. I never had this problem before and i've been playing RO since before man discovered fire. So if anyone had this problem and was able to fix it lemme know, thanks.
Oh and srry for posting this in the General section, i just couldn't find any Support sections.

Try going into the folder and not clicking the patcher. Instead of AbstractRO Patcher, chose AbstractRO. Granted, this is only a temporary fix, considering you just installed it. At a later date there may be updates which you need to access through the patcher.

Ok, thanks... that wasnt it but i found out what the problem was. Thx anyway.
I understand that the server is offline, does that happen often?

It has lately, but once they get up, it usually sticks for a few days.
