I've noticed alot of players constantly post about their characters being stuck, and normaly dont notice the older posts that have solutions to it already, so i figure'd that i would make a howto on reseting characters.
First, go to the Mainsite(which i circled in blue, underlining the exact site you have to type in)
Login on the Mainsite so you can access your control pannel
Click on My Account(Circled in Red), and click on any of your character names, for my example i've used the character "Drew" (circled in green)
Step 2, there is a smaller fonted button or 4, one of them says "Reset position", i have put it in a red box in this picture
After clicking this button your character will be Reset to Prontera as if you had logged on and typed @go 0
