Hi there! I'm new here, and i tried to play but it doesn't work, i've patched the KRO and Renewal, but it didn't work, later i tried to uninstall KRO and run only the Renewal, but didn't work as well...
I need to fix it in order to play because i have brought some friends into the server. We're going to be 5 persons newbie on this server.

Hello,

The simplest solution is to delete your entire ragnorak folder and download the Abstract RO torrent.

It happened that i installed the game on my sister's computer and there it runs perfectly but in mine doesn't work D8 why??

Where is the help topic on this forum? D8 i mean, to post this there.

Then click on My Account, after that choose the character that gets the error and then click "Reset Position".

yeah thanks i think i would do it that for now but if i can't enter prontera where can i change job and warp to gold room and mall? is there another default town or something?

That will warp you to prontera and npcs such as job changer can be found there.
