Help please (patch)

Well, i bought this pc from my friend
he got it from my school
and it has a program on it called
netintellegence (For school so no one can go on stuff)
my brother made it so i can go on some site's
so i download'd this
i can go to @GO 15 and stuff
but when i go to @GO 0 i get error
because i didnt patch
but i cant patch
as you can see in this image:

uninstall netintelligence, easy.

Welll i cant do that because i need the school password xD
All i need is the patch file's so i can put into this folder
then i can just run it and play:(

the patch file is pretty big lol.... it would be very difficult for anyone to send it to you
