A bit of ranger help

So I'm still pretty new and not too sure =( What a decent builds/gears for rangers killing monsters (Not players)

any armor with Observation cardx2

any headgears w/ Orc hero, Evil Snake Lord, marduk, and Vesper card

Footgear with Moonlight Flower(for fast walking if u dont have sleipnir) and Green Ferus or Dark Lord, or Amon Ra

Garment w/ Raydric cardx2 or kapha cardx2 if u want mdef

and Accessory(double brisingamen if u can afford that) with a horong and 7 zerom cards.

Weapon with 2 or 3 turtle general card and 2 or 1 Abysmall card(if u are MVPers) or

How do you get a brisingamen?

buy it in God shop (valkryie NPC in center of prontera) its priced 1,200,000,000 zeny
