Item Mall NPC

There should be a Card Seller in the item mall.
And somebody should fix the Footgear merchant because it shows the armor items and it has not footgear.

I would like the idea of having card seller but i want you guys to have some challenges to go through so you guys wont be bored right away you know what i mean..
