I logged out of a character to log into another and all my characters where gone. Not only that but I am unable to make any new characters. What is going on? Did I do something wrong and get banned? I don't know anything about this.

Yes, the problem was resolved shortly after I complained about it on here. A friend of mine contacted FyNeX and she fixed it.
